Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This generous timeframe allows you to carefully consider your purchases while ensuring they remain in perfect condition.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important Note on Final Sale Items
Please note that certain items from our Dresses, Jeans, Shorts, Skirts, T-shirts, and Tops collections marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We carefully inspect all final sale items before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely, include the completed return form, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you receive your refund depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Refund Amount
Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
Exchange Shipping
For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
